Fuel Training
Backed by Science. Powered by Advanced Technology.
We don’t train players just to “get stronger.” We train them to perform better.
Most programs separate skill lessons from physical training. At Fuel, we combine both. Our instructors and trainers gain insight through assessment and analysis, we identify whether a performance issue is physical, technical, or cognitive. Teaching a swing or throwing technique that an athlete isn’t physically capable of is a waste of time and money. We make sure the body is capable first.
We train for what's important... Making quicker decisions, Hitting the ball harder, throwing with more velocity and being more explosive on the base paths and in the field. At Fuel, training is more than just strength, it's about performance.
Assess, don't guess.
We start with getting the facts about your physical makeup.
1. Assess
We Use cutting edge technology to identify strengths and weaknesses. 100% objective, no opinions, just facts.
2. Analyze
We Analyze Fifty-Three individual metrics and
over one million data points to create an athletic profile and training program.
3. Program
No cookie cutter programs, our training goes beyond the one-size-fits-all approach. Every session is tailored to the athlete, targeting their unique needs and goals.
4. Train
From the moment an athlete starts with us, our trainers and instructors work in tandem to implement and refine the training program for maximum on-field performance.
We Look at The Whole Body
The Brain and the body working together
Vision & Cognition
Vision plays a critical role in athletic performance. 80% of the athlete’s sensory input is visual and 70% of performance is cognitive based.
We train the athletes ability to receive, interpret, and respond when it counts.
Mobility & Stability
The foundation of athletic movement, mobility and stability are fundamental to producing strength, power, and speed
Without a strong foundation athletes will never reach their full potential.
.
Strength, Power & Speed
While strength lays the foundation, power translates that strength into explosive and dynamic movements, essential for peak performance.
Baseball and Softball require explosive movements above anything else
