Most programs separate skill lessons from physical training. At Fuel, we combine both. Our instructors and trainers gain insight through assessment and analysis, we identify whether a performance issue is physical, technical, or cognitive. Teaching a swing or throwing technique that an athlete isn’t physically capable of  is a waste of time and money. We make sure the body is capable first.
